''Hello from Dave of the bands Snowy Plover, Wuzor, Funeral Shock, ithinkthere’ssomedamage..., DAK!, Bad Touch and more. From 1999 to roughly 2006 or so, I had a DIY label called Wolfman Records. It was expensive and a lot of work to do it at even the minimal level I did it at, so I have mad respect for those out there who did it and still do it today. I primarily released 7” records of my bands and others I liked enough to put out. I cultivated bands for a comp CD I intended to release during this time that kept growing and growing in size, but due to my decreasing interest in running a label, as well as addiction issues, I never pulled the trigger, despite having the whole thing professionally mastered by a dude with a Grammy nomination (I forget for what). Thanks to Andy here, I'm finally getting it out there to those who might enjoy something like this. It’s a DIY Lollapalooza of sorts, with bands across all genres. A few are still active, others lost to obscurity, but all are worth checking out. Many have other releases available, or have newer projects and bands they are doing today. If something moves you enough to go further down the rabbit hole, and an extensive Google search doesn't bring what you're looking for, email me and I can probably steer you in the right direction.
