Trade Wind formed in 1985 in Indiana and released their self-titled debut album in 1988, hard to be found nowdays, being one of the holy grail indies in the AOR genre. The band is a stunning AOR/Pomp band that plays well polished music similar in style to Beau Coup, Saga, Beau Coup and Topaz. Top collectors don’t even know that this record exists. The keyboard usage on this rarity is absolutely breathtaking. The tracks, “When Love Fades” and “Love Takes Time” are pure Beau Coup style ballads, while the tracks “No Fun Anymore” and “Only in a Dream” remind of Topaz.
