* With Hospital Records artists Nu:Tone and Logistics for big brothers Nick Gresham a.k.a Other Echoes has music in his blood. Brought up on classic funk and soul and deeply influenced by acts like DJ Shadow and Cinematic Orchestra, Nick has evolved Other Echoes into a distinctively melodic take on bass music. Mostly built for the dancefloor, Other Echoes' mature production is just as rewarding outside of the clubs and has earned support from such notables as MistaJam (1Xtra), Photek and The Others.
After enjoying two successful releases in 2011, Aqua Lung/Farewell My Lovely and You Make Me Feel/Head Space, on LA label Deceast under his previous moniker Bastille, Nick started 2012 strong with a new name and new sounds. So far the year has been a busy one with a remix of the latest Logistics single We are One and two offerings, the soulful arpeggiated Quantum Spectrum and Please Answer (with Nu:Tone & Logistics) on Hospital's Sub 150 release. When not in the studio, Nick is working with Ableton and midi controllers to bring originality and excitement to his hybrid live / DJ performance.
