The unexpected and mysterious force known as Senses Of Mind delivers 4 fresh cosmological belters, including a stellar remix from Lost Soul. Known as the “Omega Particle” EP, each track shows that Senses of Mind are destined to follow the expanse of the universe; deep, relentless, and unstoppable.
First on deck is “Nemesis”. Apropos as this one will consume you; slow-building, tense, and knowing how to deliver a proper synth pay off. Next in order is the melodic and vocally haunting “Dominion”. Floaty spaced-out pads, soft leads, and beautiful builds; this is certain to create massive room tension. Following up on the EP is “Romulan”. Another great tension builder with well-sequenced lines, and driving modular parts. This is guaranteed to hit … but mostly when that low tom fill hits you out of nowhere:) Rounding out the EP is the title track accompanied by the Lost Soul remix. “Omega Particle” is beautifully arranged but fierce. Lost Soul takes this final track to a new level, with a deeper and groovier interpretation. All and all, a very well rounded EP.
