"This album represents eight light-hearted aural expressions of various moments or periods in my life between 2009 and 2011. I created this project for this one purpose. Using a field recorder, I captured organic audio from my environment. These recorded sounds became source material for this album's songs. Some of these sounds are audible, others are manipulated beyond identification. I wrote this music as a meditation to help ease the mind during times of change and complexity. I offer these songs to you in the hopes that they will relax you, help you reflect, and make you happy
