Edel Records Finland Oy
| Описание: | Former Finnish record company and distributor trading as Edel Records Finland or Edel Finland, formerly [l=K-Tel International (Finland) Oy], merged with Playground Music Finland and [l=Oy Bonnier Amigo Music Finland Ab] to form [l=Playground Music BAM Oy] in 2010. In February 2010, Cosmos Music Group (the former [l=Bonnier Amigo Music Group]) and [l=Playground Music Scandinavia] together acquired 100% of Edel Records Finland from Edel Gmbh. They established a new Finnish operation - then called [l=Playground Music Bam Oy] - which is owned by the two companies with a 50% stake each. At the same time Playground sold the Finnish catalog of Edel to the newly activated AXR, now called [l=AXR Music Oy].
