| Описание: | The music that endures is the one that transcends the technology with which it is made. Nowhere should this be so important as in electronic dance music, because technology is evolving so fast. But ironically -nowhere else is it so ignored. Task Horizon have always aimed for the transcendence of technology rather than its fetishisation, and thus avoided the pitfalls both underground elitism and mainstream commerciality. Their goal has always been to produce tracks with a timeless quality (and thus a long shelf life) that appeal to a wide audience without compromising the stylistic heritage. Nowadays even style has become secondary, and although DnB is their beloved homebase, they lovingly embrace the stylistic beauties of Drumstep, Dubstep and Electro too. Believing in the old adage "The cream rises to the top", Task Horizon has always kept a somewhat low public profile, letting the music speak for itself instead. The growing number of accolades from all over the world proves their point that there is only one thing that ultimately matters: the music. |
