As I wander between thode ruins, Once a mighty stronghold, proud and awesome, Deep within a secret enchanted forest, Time suddenly seems to stand still... The light gets pale and diffuse, Everything seems so unreal and bizarre. My sight gets blurred like a fever dream, As shadows from the past reach out for me. I take a glimpse at what is lost so long ago, Overwhelming visions of a great past, Voices of those lost in the void of time, I can hear them clearly now... A feeling of freezing melancholy, Strikes me once again, For I know I'll be lost too, And unite with my ancient dreams. Aeons seem to be just moments, And my spirit rises up high. I create new worlds by my thoughts, I am all and everything. To forever dwell there, In those timeless realms, dark and forlorn. Between those ruins I'm laid to rest, Where no one shall disturb my eternal slumber.
