Across the sands through whirlwinds We travel searching the land Through visions that cloud my eyes Seeking the truths to be told Sent out to perish in these wastelands To slowly die a torturous death Upon this land where I once lived In faithful servitude The sun now burns my flesh But my spirit still thrives through the pain I now break free from the chains That bound me to this earthly plain The truth is buried with the dead The murder plan has been denied The deceiver has banished all of his people But he cannot stop the slave child For he is the one The next to be the heir He shall claim what is his And now the lost script is found From pharaohs long since past In the tombs, the writings of an ancient prophecy Reveal the truth, the boy shall inherit the land Along the walls of stone great pharaohs rest Amongst the crypts lie secrets of the dead The scripts reveal the hidden powers within the slave He is the chosen one, the suffering and the pain shall now end! Swirling, the swelling sands, conjured up by the child Now swallow the deceiver, choking him to his death And returning the land to those who were banished Now the truth brought out throughout time Forever inscribed in the sands
