The gallows always leaves A straight line on your neck A serpent that devours itself Path of sanctity From the Bible to the Koran I returned to the same path And with the same desires I’m a prophet weary of promises Patriarch without domain Judge without pending judgments And apostle of desires From their altitudes Jesus and Buddha Rested from all lived Placed on my plate The fortune of the Prophetic truths That can’t be real Because they are still promises And there I establish my pillar Every prophecy has girded my neck Every promise has lifted me But I will not be dust Never to return to dust And see in other lives The echo of myself Repeated Never to Return to Dust
