If you dont know who DJ Sound is, dont consider yourself on that trill shyt until you do. In the mid 90s There was much shit goin around Memphis between all the different cliques, beef here, ana there, but no one could fuck with Sound. And no one could fuck with Frayser. He was from the bottom, but somehow managed to make a real name for himself in the RidgeCrest community and led to be one of the most talented mixers in Memphis. His style was very unique in the fact that he would have so many different things going on in just one track. His music was complicated, creative, and on many levels just straight bumpin. Alotta great producers such as Blackout and Lil Grim could sample horror movies and arrange them into a beat, but Sound could take things to different levels and made it bump even harder all with lowend equipment. Everyone should be glad to see P1, Bones, Sound, and all them kats still around and aint fallin off.
